Provision of houses to destitute families 

Building houses for those who are unable to

Due to social and economic challenges that our community members are facing such as extreme levels of poverty, high rate of unemployment and high illiteracy levels, the organisation has been building houses for the destitute families.

The HIV/AIDS worsened the misery in our society and it became clear that there were families that were not able to build decent houses without external assistance. For that reason as from 2002, the organisation has managed build 134 two-roomed houses to-date. This is part of restoring the dignity of our people and it has been possible through the support by different donor community.
